1. What levels do you teach?
I have lessons for Elementary(A2), Intermediate(B1), Upper Intermediate(B2), Advanced(C1), and Proficient(C2) students.
2. I don't know my level. How can I find out?
If you don't know your current level, it's okay. You can sign up for a free 30-minute trial lesson with me and I'll evaluate your level. Afterwards, I'll let you know which lesson will help you to reach your goals. Go here to contact me about taking a trial lesson.
3. How do I know which lesson is best for me?
I offer a range of lessons to help students advance to the next level in the journey of learning English. Depending on your goals, one-on-one lessons might be best or group classes. 4. Where are the lessons conducted?
One-to-one lessons and group lessons are conducted with audio only on Google Meet.
5. What type of lessons do you offer?
I offer both one-to-one lessons and group lessons. You can learn more about the one-on-one lessons here and the group lessons here.
6. What is the 2026 Group Class Schedule?
Each year, there are 6 terms and in each term there will be 7 lessons; one lesson each week, except for Term 6 which will have 6 lessons. Payments must be made in full at least 3 days before the next term starts. Once you are assigned to a group and have paid for the class, you will be in that class with the same students for that term. If you decide to continue in the same class the next term, you may be with new students.

Term 1 - January 19-24 to March 2-7 (7 lessons)
Term 2 - March 16-21 to April 27-May 2 (7 lessons)
Term 3 - May 11-16 to June 22-27 (7 lessons)
*No group classes from June 28, 2026-July 12, 2026*
Term 4 - July 13-18 to Aug 24-29 (7 lessons)
Term 5 - September 14-19 to Oct 26-31 (7 lessons)
Term 6 - November 9-14 to Dec 14-19 (6 lessons)
*No group classes from December 20, 2026-January 4, 2027*
7. How much do lessons cost?
The cost of lessons depends on the type of lesson you take. Check out the prices for my lessons here.
8. Can I get a discount if I book a package?
Yes! If you are interested in one-on-one lessons, discounts are available. Please go here to find out the rates of packages. Please note that packages expire 8 months from the date of purchase.
Sometimes, I will offer discounts for group classes too. Be on the look out for special deals!
9. How do I pay for lessons?
I accept payments through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry. I am able to request payments to you and you don't need to have or sign up for a PayPal account. You can make the payment with your credit card.
10. What is your rescheduling policy?
For one-on-one lessons, you be reschedule or cancel them if there is still 24 hours before the lesson begins.

11. What is your refund policy?
If you are a first-time/new student, you can get a refund if certain conditions are met. There are no refunds for current students. Please go here to find out more information.
